• Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Custom/Commissioned Goods: Because custom paintings are created specifically for you, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of the order being placed.

• How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please email us at Contact@om-crafts.in with your order number. Once the order has entered the “Shipping” stage, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.
